CodeCombat is an educational video game for learning software programming concepts and languages. It is recommended for students ages 9–16. It is a web-based software platform. CodeCombat also has a sister site, Ozaria.com, that will be used for classroom integration. A separate approval will be submitted for the Ozaria site.

Purpose/Use/Notes:

It will be used within the Computer Science Principles course at Hunter, initially, to teach computer programming concepts, but it is expected to be integrated into other schools and computer science courses. This site also includes an eSports opportunity with the platform which may also be utilized.
