Purpose/Use/Notes:

we had to make the mailmeter user an admin to make it run, so we may need to elevate rights for it. also we had to run the troubleshooter and check the box to allow for additional permissions as well as have it run as win xp sp3 and that seemed to make it install. Jared Elder has the installer if you need it and can't get to it from the site.
