Translation software that will also translate entire files in under a minute typically. (PDF, Word, PPT, Excel). There is a customizable glossary for content-specific vocabulary. There are various plans. With the starter plan, you can translate 5 files of up to 10 mb per month. With the Advanced plan, you can translate 20 files each up to 20 mb in size per month. With the Ultimate plan, one can translate 100 files per month with up to 30 mb in size. It looks like there are also plans for teams with a single sign-on integration option.

Purpose/Use/Notes:

To save time in translating materials for DLI classrooms. Once the translation is done, the teacher can make revisions to the files for final use. In using the free trial, I found that it saved time by asking the translator to revise rather than translate. I would caution against teachers in traditional classrooms using the software to translate materials for students without also providing effective language acquisition strategies in the classroom.
