Purpose/Use/Notes:

Students with accommodations document in IEP to have all quiz, test, classwork questions, and directions read to them in class. The Chromebook applications are not fully able to provide this support. ChromeVox can read the screen navigation and titles of slide docs, etc. but cannot read the content of pages and quizzes in platforms such as Google Classroom. The assistant principal, Ms. Beth Nielsen at Upland recommended the use of this app to the teacher who needs it for 4 different students in 4th grade, though it needs approval for installation and use in the classroom and with chromebooks.
